Qualification: D.Pharm + registered with odisha pharmacy council + computer proficiency + passed odia upto M.E standard
Remuneration: Rs.9,820+PI
Age Limit: 21 to 32 years
The candidates who are willing to attend the WALK-IN-INTERVIEW, for the post of Pharmacist are required to be present at
CDM & PHO, Office, Jharsuguda on the 25/09/2018 09 to 11 am along with their bio-data in specified format (same as to application form) and attested photocopies of required testimonials along with original
documents for verification and beyond the registration time no candidates will be allowed for the same. The appointment will be made purely on merit basis. The candidates who are willing to apply for the Post of Pharmacist required to apply to;
Office of the CDM & PHO, District Headquarter Hospital, Jharsuguda, Pin-768203 on or before 20/09/2018 up to 5.00 P.M through registered post / speed post / courier only.
