Central Hospital Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW)/Varanasi, is proposed to be filled Pharmacist Vacancies on contract basis through walk - in - Interview . Willing candidates for Pharmacist Recruitment who have the following qualification, experience and fulfill other terms and conditions, may appear in Walk-in-Interview with all relevant certificates in original as well as self attested Xerox copies of each certificates and degrees along with the application form in prescribed format.

Educational / Technical Qualification :
10+2 in science or its equivalent with 02 (two) years Diploma in Pharmacy & registered as Pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948 or
Graduate (B. Pharma) degree or its equivalent degree from a recognized university &
Registered as Pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948
Age Limit : Between 20 - 30 yrs (as on date of notification)
