Pharmacist job at Zilla Swasthya Samity DPMU:
Walk in Interview will be conducted for filling up the Pharmacist posts (02 posts) under Zilla Swasthya Samity, Nuapada Recruitment on contractual basis for a period of 11 months with monthly remuneration Rs.9350/- and subject to renewal as per society norms basing on the performance and subject to continuance of the programme. Lower age limit for the Pharmacist posts is 21 years and Upper age limit 32 years as on 01/10/2018.

Remuneration : Rs.9350/- PI (max 25%)

Selection Procedure :
Career Weitage (100%) as per detailed below;
- HSC (excluding 4th optional/equivalent - 20%
- +2(excluding 4th optional)/equivalent -30%
- Diploma in Pharmacy - 50%
Note: The following documents are to be enclosed along with the application:
a) self attested photo copies of all documents in support of age, qualification, experiences etc.
b) Two copies of passport size colour attested photograph. One copy of self attested photograph will however to affixed at the position in the application form.
c) Self attested photocopy of Identity proof ( Voter ID Card, PAN card, Driving License/Adharcard/Passport)
