DEPARTMENT : PRODUCTION FORMULATIONS (INJECTABLES)
Position: Junior Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer
Qualification: B. Sc./ Diploma (Mechanical) /ITI
Experience: 2 to 6 yrs
Core Skills required:
Operation of vial filling and sealing
Operation of vial washing and tunnel
The operation, CIP, and SIP of Lyophilized and Lyophilization process
Compounding, Aseptic Filtration process
Sterilization Operations (Autoclave)
Position: Executive/Senior Executive:
Qualification: M. Pharm / B. Pharm / B.Tech
Experience: 4 to 8 yrs
Core Skills required:
Hands-on experience in Vial filling, sealing & washing machine Plan, prepare and execute as per the Filling schedule Manpower planning, handling and utilization CIP, SIP of mixing vessels and filling machines Involved in IQ, OQ, PQ and RQ of Autoclave, Vial Filling line and Lyophilizer.
