Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager : M.Tech / B.Tech / B.E Biotechnology / M.Sc. Biotechnology with 3-7 years of hands on experience in the following:

Upstream Production - Code 1: The job requires

aseptic handling of mammalian cell culture, media/feed preparation and its filtration, readiness of bioreactor and associated vessels (CIP, FIT, PHT, SIP), operation of bioreactor, readiness and operation of centrifuge, clarification of cells and manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies/bio therapeutic protein.

Downstream Production - Code 2: The job requires packing of large size columns with a diameter of more than 600 mm, readiness and operation of chromatography

system, readiness of vessel (CIP, FIT, PHT, SIP) and preparation of buffers, readiness and operation of TFF system, filtration including Nano filtration, DS filling, freezing and thawing and manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies / bio therapeutic protein.

Quality Control

Dy. Manager Associate Manager: M.Sc. Biotechnology with 10-15 years of hands on experience in QC Bioassay in the following:

Bioassay - Code 3: Candidates should lead a team of BioAssay & Cytopathic lab activity. Should have experience of BioAssay in-vitro testing and validation, mycoplasma & HCD testing, OOS/OOT, lab incidents, deviation, CAPA, QMS system etc., and must have exposure to regulatory audit as front liner.

Opening in Zydus Biologics for USP/DSP Production and QA – IPQA/Validation Department based at Zydus Biotech Park, Ahmedabad

Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

For Production we are looking for B.Tech Biotechnology / B.E Biotechnology / M.Sc. Biotechnology / M.Sc. Microbiology with 3 to 7 years of hands on experience on CIP/SIP of the equipment, Fermenters, Process vessels, Centrifuge, TFF system, LAF, Shaker incubators, Chromatography system, Cold rooms and freezers for below mentioned openings:

Production – Upstream Processing – Code: USP

Responsible for handling bacterial fermentation process, continuous centrifuge, 1 kl – 5 kl fermenters, shaker incubator.

Production – Downstream Processing – Code: DSP

Responsible for downstream purification process for recombinant products, handling of equipment such as TFF system, chromatography system, depth filtration procedures.

QA-Validation – Code: Validation we are looking for M.Sc.(Biotechnology)/B. Pharm / M.Pharm with 5 to 7 years of hands on experience in Equipment Qualifications (Fermenter, Bioreactor, Media/buffer preparation Vessels, Autoclave etc.), Utility Qualifications, HVAC, Water System, Protocol preparation and its compilations. Should be responsible for Media fill activities, protocol & BMR preparation/review.

QA Oversight manufacturing – Code: IPQA

Should be responsible for QA Oversight (IPQA) related activities for Drug substance manufacturing along with handling of process validations, cleaning validations OOS, change control, deviation, investigation, CAPA and QMS activities.
