Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop financial models and perform various competitive analyses and benchmarking of the corporate relative to Indian and global peers.
Tracking industry also as peer performances and completing detailed sector research for Top Management.
Working towards creating investor communication through website, presentations etc.
Assisting in preparing quarterly/annual earnings press releases, result presentations and investor presentations.
Benchmarking our annual report with best-in-class annual reports across the world
Benchmarking Investor Relations practices with various top global companies
Assisting in creating high-quality Annual Report for the corporate
Supporting in preparing for roadshows, investor conferences and various other events
Assisting in conducting conference calls, investor/analyst meets, one-on-one and group meetings and communicating the key feedback to the management
Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&A documents, etc. for Top Management
Carrying out detailed shareholding analysis for the highest management team.
