Roles and Responsibilities
Formulating marketing & brand strategies for new/ existing products for the divisions assigned.
Market analysis, competition mapping & sales figures analysis to identify new opportunities/gaps.
Working collaboratively & effectively with sales teams to ensure strategy execution
Field force training and development on medico marketing aspects
Creating & ensuring adequate marketing inputs to the field including VA preparation
Collecting and collating medical information to be communicated to doctors
Conducting Cycle meetings and other briefing meetings as and when required.
Strengthening brand awareness through participation in conferences and CMEs
