Walk In Interview Requirement in DSP and USP Manufacturing (Cell Culture and Microbial)
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: MSc /B. Tech / M. tech
Skill Required
- Chromatography System
- TFF System
- QMS Handling
- cGMP Understanding
Roles and Responsibilites
- Carryout buffer preparation and purification operations for all commercial, test and validation batches as per production schedule.
- Ensuring compliance to cGMP in functional area as defined by SOPs of BBM
- Perform qualification and periodic re-qualification of equipment/Instruments.
- Preparation, revision and finalization of SOPs as well as c-GMP documents for DSP/USP operations.
- Responsible for general area cleanliness, sanitation compliance of DSP/USP area
- Proper documentation of batches as per protocols / procedures.
- Ensuring online trending of all products is maintained.
- Carryout operations for all commercial, test and validation batches in DSP/USP CC and Microbial based products.
- Proper execution and processing of cell culture operations for all commercial, test and validation batches as per production schedule.
- Proper documentation of batches as per SOPs and written procedures.
- Ensuring compliance to cGMP in cell culture area as defined by SOPs of BBM.
- Preparation & revision of equipment and process related SOPs of cell culture area.
- Responsible for general area cleanliness, sanitation and compliance to bio safety policies of cell culture area.
- Learn media preparation activities of cell culture/microbial operations.
- Qualification of new equipments. Preparation of Qualification documents (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ).
