Roles and Responsibilities
A) Quality Control & Microbiology (Officer – Senior Officer)
Having experience of instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, IR.
B) QA – Microbiology (Executive – Senior Executive)
Technical expert for all micro related questions, issues and decisions in the organization including aseptic techniques and procedures.
C) Solid Oral (Tablet Manufacturing) – (Officer – Senior Officer)
Having Experience in Granulation / Compression / Coating / Inspection.
D) Data Integrity (Formulation & API) – (Executive – Senior Executive)
All possible Data Integrity, EBMR, Document, Logbooks, Handling of paper, Audit Trail vs actual execution at site.
E) QA Validation & Qualification (OSD & Injectable) – (Senior Officer – Executive)
Process and Cleaning validation, protocol report and risk assessment
Equipment qualication documents (URS, FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) & Compliance mgt.
SME in HVAC validation, Equipment Qualication.
F) Oncology Parenteral / Injectable Production – (Officer – Senior Officer)
Exposure to work in Bulk Manufacturing/Mfg skid with multiple vessel/NDDS area, Aseptic filling SVP, Lyophilization, Media fill, Qualification, QMS.
G) Oncology Parenteral / Injectable – Operator (Associate)
Can operate Manufacturing skid with multiple vessel, Worked in Aseptic area SVP line, can operate Filling machine/cRABS/Isolator with 21CFR compliance, Autoclave, Vial washing and depyrogenation tunnel.
Exposure to regulatory audit.
Desired Candidate Profile
Officer – Sr. Executive: B. Pharm / M. Pharm. / Ms. c.
Operator: Diploma / ITI
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Pharma experience is must.
