Number of vacancies: 06 Post (03-UR, SC-01, OBC-02)
Educational qualification:
10+2 in Science or its equivalent with Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized institution and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
OR
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) from a recognized University or equivalent and Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
Date of interview: 19th June 2018
Time of interview: 10.00 a.m.
Remuneration: Rs.29200/- + DA + other allowances admissible
Age limit: 20-35 years
Age relaxation:
SC, ST – 5 years
OBC – 3 years
Required Documents:
i) Two passport size photographs,
ii) Attested copy of certificate indicating the date of birth (Matriculation certificate),
iii) Attested copies of all Educational / Professional qualifications including 10+02(PUC)
iv) Attested copy of Caste certificate issued by the State Revenue Authorities in the prescribed pro-forma in case of SC & OBC candidates.
