1. Pharmacist NFG (Allopathic) - (UR - 01, OBC- 02)

Pay Scale: Rs.29,200-92,300

Age: 25 years

Qualification:

i) Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from recognized institution and must be registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948;

ii) 2 (Two) Years Experience as Pharmacist in any recognized Hospital or Pharmacy

OR

Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized University or equivalent.

Desirable: NIL

Duties: as prescribed by CGHS

Place of work: CGHS, Allahabad

2. Pharmacist (Ayurvedic) - (UR- 02)

Pay Scale: Rs.29,200-92,300

Age: 25 years

Qualification:

i) 12h class passed or equivalent with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) from a recognized Board or University,

ii) Degree in Ayurvedic Pharmacy or Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy course, and registered with respective State govt Ayurvedic Regulatory Board or Councils

iii) 2 years experience from any recognized Ayurvedic Dispensary or Hospital or Pharmacy or Wellness Centre

Desirable: NIL

Duties: As prescribed by CGHS

Place of work: CGHS Allahbad

3. Pharmacist Cum Clerk (Homeopathic) - (UR - 02)

Pay Scale: Rs.29,200-92,300

Age: 25 years

Qualification:

i) 12th class passed with Science

Subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) from a recognized Board or University

ii) Diploma or certificate course in Homeopathy Pharmacy of at least one year duration from a recognized institution

Desirable: Basic Knowledge of computer

Duties: As prescribed by CGHS

Place of work: CGHS, Allahabad

INSTRUCTION AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES

1. Candidates should be enclosed self-attested photocopies of educational certificates, reservation categories, experience certificates etc., if any, with the application form

2. Upper age limit relaxation for SC/ST/OBC, EX-SER, PH, Widow, Divorce Women & Women judicially separated from their husband and Govt. servants etc. as per rules.

3. TA applicable for only those SC/ST candidates who are not employed anywhere

4. Application in any case should not be sent to Central Employment Exchange/Local Exchange.
