Bharat Electronics Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprise, Ministry of Defence) is a multi product, India’s Premier professional Electronics Navaratna Company invite application for selection of Trainees under NEEM Scheme (Non-Technical). It has 9 manufacturing units across India. Company recorded a turnover of Rs.10,080 Crores for the Financial year 2017-18.
Educational Qualifications: We are engaging Graduates in B.Com, BBA, BBM, B. Pharma B.Sc. (Electronics) & Diploma (CP)
I. Mode of selection: Written Test and interview
II. Eligibility criteria:
Only Indian nationals are eligible
Candidates passed in Degree / Diploma (CP*) on or after 2015 are only eligible with 60% for GEN and OBC, pass Class for SC/ST and PWD candidates
CP*- Those who have completed apprenticeship training only are eligible
Age limit: Maximum Age 25 years as on 01.09.2018. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years
for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates
Reservation will be followed as per company norms
III. Documents required to be produced at the time of written test
-10th Std./ SSLC Marks Card
-Degree / Diploma Certificate
-Caste/ PWD Certificate if applicable
IV General Details:
-The duration of training is one year and extendable up to three years
-Canteen and transport facilities are provided on payment basis
-Stipend payable to NEEM trainees shall be at par with the prescribed minimum wages for
unskilled category. Present Stipend paid @ Rs.10,775/- per month
