Educational Qualification:
1. Degree in Pharmacy (OR) Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University/Institution
2. Registration with Pharmacy Council under Section-12 of Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Desirable Experience:
Three years experience in dispensing of Medicine in case of Degree Holder and five years experience in the case of Diploma Holder.
Age Limit : 18 - 33/38 Years
Eligibility Conditions:
- Applications for the post of Health Education, Pharmacist, both Male and Female, and Health worker (Male) (Male only) who fulfil the education qualification and with the age limit as shown against each may apply.
- Applications for the post of Health worker (Male) at Sl. No. 3 of candidate from Male candidate only be accepted and would be eligible for the post thereby female candidate need not apply.
- All candidates shall be required to apply for the post(s) in the prescribed form irrespective of the fact whether they are registered with the Employment Exchange or otherwise.
- Applicant must be an Indian Citizen.
